    Responsibilities / Responsabilidades

    The HSE Analyst will report to the HSE Supervisor and will be responsible to support, analyze, monitor and update relevant documentation of both internal and external customers, as well as guide internal customers with regard to safety requirements.



    Primary Responsibilities:


    The HSE Analyst may: 

    • Support and monitor HSE corrective action plans and evidences;
    • Monitor the HSE performance of Brasdril's Rigs; SIP Safety Improvement Plan monthly report;
    • Monthly update of IADC HSE rates such as TRIR, LTA, RDC;
    • Analysis and control of the Detailed Reports of Incidents (RDI) control of evidences by Costumer SISPEN - Non-conformity control system;
    • Control of the broad analysis “abrangências”
    • Provide compilation and dissemination of the SMS Alerts issued by Diamond and Clients;
    • Entering data in the TOTVS software system related to the E-social Brazil government project;
    • Articulate directly with the client providing them the best service based on the reliability in our management system;
    • Control the applicable legal requirements in conjunction with outsourced companies;
    • Orient internal and external clients regarding the requests, in order to guarantee the delivery of the requested documents within the stipulated period;
    • Monitor anomaly management reports (ATRs) and their respective corrective actions and evidences;
    • Prepare monthly accident presentations for meetings with external clients;
    • Support Rigs in relevant HSE issues, including offshore trips when required;
    • Perform HSE weekend duty when required;
    • Participate fully in all Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives and safety programs
    • Follow Diamond Offshore Global Excellence Management System (G.E.M.S.)
    • Perform other duties as required


    Qualifications / Qualificações


    • At least 18 years of age
    • Bachelor Degree
    • Previous experience of at least 02 years in this position or equivalent
    • Intermediate English
    • Computer skills




    • Post-graduation or Specialization in Quality or Safety, Environment and Occupational Health Integrated Management Systems;
    • Work experience in oil field HSE area.
    • ISM CODE knowledge;
    • OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001 knowledge.
